By creating an account or using SigmaTag, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.

2. Description of Service

SigmaTag provides Digital Product Passports (DPP) and fabric quality control reporting tools. We help brands and manufacturers comply with EU regulations (ESPR 2024/1781) by managing product data, material provenance, and sustainability metrics.

3. User Responsibilities

• •You are responsible for the accuracy of all data uploaded for DPP compliance.
• •You must maintain the security of your account credentials.
• •You agree not to use the service for any fraudulent or illegal activity.

4. Data Accuracy & Regulatory Compliance

For users issuing Digital Product Passports, you acknowledge that providing false or misleading sustainability data may violate EU laws. SigmaTag acts as a technical intermediary and is not liable for data provided by users.

5. Data Persistence

As required by EU ESPR regulations, certain product data (DPPs) will be maintained and hosted by SigmaTag for a minimum of 10 years after the product is placed on the market, even if your subscription expires.

6. Intellectual Property

All SigmaTag technology, logos, and UI designs are the intellectual property of SigmaTag Technologies. You retain ownership of your specific product data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior harmful to the platform's integrity.

8. Limitation of Liability

SigmaTag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the rejection of goods by regulatory authorities.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
